It must almost always be a great idea for photographers from all kinds of backgrounds to get together to do what they enjoy. And to do so in such an historic and evidently highly photogenic city as Berlin makes it even more so. And the remarkably cheap flights from Dublin to Berlin is the clincher. I hope to be there.

I am definitely thinking about coming as I’ve always wanted to visit Berlin and this seems like a good opportunity. I hope to be able to spend time exploring the people and culture of the city while doing some photography at the same time.
I do hope that we stay in a local hotel, even youth hostel, and eat at local places. I will insure that I have time to explore on my own as well as in a group.

Echoing Bob, I’ve never been to Berlin, and this seems a perfect opportunity to correct that. A bonus that there will be some very good photographers around at the same time! And cheap flights are indeed a plus.

I am seriously considering to attend. Berlin is a great and vibrant city. It has everything from derelict but photogenic neighborhoods to the center of power of Germany to 19th century chique and great new and old architecture all over. And then it breaths history on every corner. And although I am not much of a crowd person, it should be fun to get to know the faces and stroeis behind your photos.

Never I visited Berlin. I think it as the symbolic center of Europe. The wall that divided the planet in two was demolished, but there are other walls to demolish, and others are rising. There are still many walls in Europe, and this is a serious problem for its future. The demolition of the Berlin’s wall is a Hope, also. A G summit is necessary, therefore…
The next summer solstice will be an opportunity of to meet us, to take photos. And to think, also…

Greetings Earthlings, I am a Contax G user from around 1999. I can’t make it to Berlin, but sincerely wish I could join you fine folks for what sounds like a great gathering. I have one photograph in the Jewish Museum in Berlin as part of their “TYPICAL! CLICHÉS ABOUT JEWS AND OTHERS” exhibition that is open until August.
Please go see the show while you’re in Berlin!

I really wish that you had seen this site some months ago and could have made it to Berlin. I have had a look at your site and your blog, and I love both of them. It would have been great to have you with us in Berlin.
I went to the Jewish Museum last august, but missed the exhibition, obviously. Was is on then? Do you by chance have a link to the exhibition? I am sure that some will end up there – for several reasons.
