You may recall that we had a poll specifically on the program. I asked for indications as to the duration and frame of program. Out of 13 votes cast, 11 voted for a summit lasting 4 days, 1 for 7 days, and 1 placed a vote for “other”.
In addition: 6 voters preferred a less intensive program; 4 stated “let’s just go there and play it by the ear”.
So, there seems to be grounds for setting up a summit lasting “4 days, with a less intensive program”. Bearing in mind that 4 voters wanted to “play it by the ear”.“

Day One - June 21, 2008.
- Arriving to Berlin
- Individual shooting, or whatever
- 07.00 PM: Get Together Dinner
- During dinner; presentations and speech/lecture
- After Dinner: Whatever
Day Two - June 22, 2008.
- Shooting Sessions: Old and New, Cityscapes; Peoplescapes
- 01.00 PM: Bar Meeting (optional)

- 07.00 PM: Dinner. Possibly speech or/and short lecture
- After Dinner: Whatever

By “Bar Meeting” is meant a gathering in any place that can house a small crowd. Could even be outdoor.
This preliminary agenda will, most surely, be subject to change. I will try to arrange some events that’s interesting enough to make people want to attend.
